Monmouth County, NJ
AI receptionist pilot preparation for local contractors
If you run an established plumbing, HVAC, electrical or roofing company in Monmouth County, every missed call can be a job that goes to the next name on the list. Lahey Unlimited is preparing a pilot designed to capture those inquiries. Voice is not connected or tested, and no live voice service is ready for clients.
Who it's for
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Roofing
Local service companies with steady call volume that lose leads to voicemail when the team is busy.
Intended starting coverage
Pilot preparation only — intended starting coverage across Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean and Mercer Counties, NJ. Statewide service is planned for later and is not yet available. Availability depends on confirmed readiness and business fit.
Planned intake capabilities
- Answers in your company's name after hours, on busy days, or when you're on a job
- Collects the caller's name, address, phone and a description of the problem
- Separates urgent calls from routine ones using rules you approve
- Follows your escalation steps for urgent calls
- Sends you a clear summary so you can call back prepared
Planned safeguards
- It doesn't dispatch crews or promise arrival times unless you set that up
- It won't quote prices you haven't approved
- It tells callers it's an AI assistant when asked
- AI can make mistakes, so you stay in control and we review results with you
Common questions
- Do I need new phone service?
- Call forwarding may be an option for a future pilot. Compatibility with your number and provider must be confirmed before any setup is offered.
- Who sets it up?
- Dan Lahey would work with you on the proposed setup, approved questions and testing. The voice pilot is still in preparation, not ready for client calls.
- What does it cost?
- Proposed pricing would include setup, managed service and applicable usage. Retell costs and the scope must be verified before a pilot proposal; no final voice pricing is confirmed.
- Can I hear it on a real call?
- Not yet. Retell is not connected or tested, and voice calls remain disabled. The existing text demo illustrates intake questions and a summary; it is not proof of a working phone service.
